Cookies Like many other websites, we also use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data, such as your IP address, the browser used, the operating system on your computer, and your connection to the internet. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to a computer.

We use technically necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest. We only use cookies that are not strictly necessary (e.g. for statistics or marketing) if you have previously given us your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via our cookie banner.

Use of Google Analytics Provided you have given us your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Anonymous information of this kind is evaluated by us statistically in order to optimise our website and the underlying technology.

The data is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. For the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Data Privacy Framework), under which Google is certified. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website.

  • Website analysis: Google Ireland Limited (see section on Google Analytics 4 above).

In the context of using the aforementioned Google services, your data is also partly processed outside the EU or the EEA, in particular on servers of Google LLC in the USA. For the USA, there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Data Privacy Framework), under which Google is certified. This guarantees a European level of data protection.

Storage period We generally store your data from contact enquiries for 6 months in order to be able to clarify follow-up questions. If a contract is concluded, we will store your data until the end of the statutory retention period.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
