Quality, a personal touch, and tailor-made solutions are the pillars wordbird is built upon. To ensure we not only maintain but further expand this standard in the future, we are taking the next step in our corporate development:

As of 1 January 2026, we have taken over the operations and the brand of the renowned language institute biz.talk.

Through this merger, we are joining the forces of two established providers under the umbrella of wordbird OG. For us – and above all, for you – this means: even more expertise, a broader pool of top trainers, and concentrated administrative competence.

The best of both worlds For years, both wordbird and biz.talk have stood for excellent training and high customer satisfaction. We are now bringing this shared philosophy together.

For existing wordbird clients: We are growing healthily and strengthening our resources. By integrating biz.talk, we are expanding our network and professional scope, while your familiar contacts and processes remain perfectly stable.

For previous biz.talk clients: You will find a new organisational home at wordbird that secures and continues the high quality you are accustomed to.

Information for our biz.talk clients We know that change raises questions. Our most important goal with this takeover is continuity. We are not just taking over a brand, but the people and the quality behind it.

What stays the same for you?

  • Your training courses: All ongoing and planned courses will take place seamlessly as usual.
  • Your team: You will keep your familiar trainers.
  • The products: The proven biz.talk formats and the high quality standards remain unchanged.
  • The transition phase: Until the end of 2025, Mag. Nikola Grill remained your central point of contact for all operational matters as Managing Director of biz.talk.

What changes from 2026 onwards? As of 1 January 2026, wordbird OG takes over the administrative processing in the background. This means that organisational matters, invoicing, and coordination are handled via wordbird.

Your new main point of contact: As of January 2026, Mag. Bettina Fink is available to answer all your questions. Many of you already know her as the Head Trainer at biz.talk – now she is here for you as the Managing Director of wordbird.

Do you need to do anything? No. You don’t need to take any action. We are taking care of a smooth transition in the background. Sit back and focus entirely on what matters most: your learning success.
